Pre-school children

  • Crθche – running during the 11am Sunday service for babies and toddlers up to 2 years. There is also a crθche during some fitness classes and during CAMEO.
  • Beginners – running during the 11am Sunday service, this group is for ages 2–3 1/2 years and includes a mix of play, craft activities, stories and singing.
  • Toddler Time – a safe and stimulating environment where pre-school children can play and take part in craft activities, while parents have the chance to catch up with each other. Toddler Time runs on Mondays from 1.15–2.45pm, and costs 50p per family.
  • Stepping Stones - a group run in conjunction with the Health Visitors for pre-school children with special needs. A safe place for children to play, with support and friendship for mums, on alternate Tuesday mornings 9.30-11.30am.

Primary school children

  • Adventurers – a group for ages 3 1/2 – 5, running alongside the 11am Sunday service. If there is a family service, this group joins with the rest of the church for a fun and interactive service.
  • Club Sunday – an upbeat and lively Club for 5–11's on a Sunday morning. Around 80 children meet together for the first part of the morning, enjoying live worship, a regular soap drama, lively Bible teaching and big, big games! After that they break into groups for small group discussions, crafts, prayer etc before joining together again for more songs, a quiz and other activities.
  • CTBC – a Saturday morning club for 5–11's, with the opportunity for children to take part in craft, dance, drama, cookery or sports in small groups.
  • Brigades – Meeting on a Friday evening in different groups, there are five groups for school-age children. Year 1–2 girls and year 1–3 boys meet from 4.45–6.15pm; year 3–4 and 5–6 girls, and year 4–6 boys from 6.30–8.00pm. Please note that the yr 4–6 boys and all girls' sections are currently operating waiting lists – if you would like to sign up, please contact us below.
  • We run a weekend away each year for all children in school years 3-6. This year's weekend will run from 4-6th April 2008.
  • For one week during the school summer holiday we run a Kid's Club in the mornings. The 2008 Kids Club will take place from 28th July - 1st August.
