TBC is a Leadership Team led and Trustee-governed church.

TBC's governance and leadership structure provides healthy checks-and-balances of leadership direction, financial accountability, spiritual guidance, and ministry implementation. A strategy of biblically based policies and guidelines within its Trustee board and Leadership Team guides ministry decisions and ensure that a healthy, God-honouring implementation of leadership and pastoral care is carried out.

• The Leadership Team, under the leadership of Wayne Alexander, the Senior Minister, is charged with the overall spiritual vitality of the church and leads the day-to-day ministry, empowering hundreds of volunteers to serve as ministers of Jesus Christ.
• The Board of Trustees is charged with the overall direction of the church and serves as the direct accountability to the Senior Minister.
• The relationship of the Trustees to the Senior Minister is helpfully defined by a 'Policy Governance' model.
