Who is this Course For?

"Leading Dynamic Small Groups" is a brand new course for current and future leaders of Growth Groups at TBC. It will be open to all group leaders and anyone else whose participation in the course is supported by their current group leader.

What happens?

During the six weeks of the course we will function as a Growth Group, meeting each week for two hours. As well as the teaching, our meetings will include worship, prayer, sharing and so on. The topics covered will include:

• Going for Growth - The TBC Philosophy of Small Groups
• The Making of a Leader - The Qualities of a Leader and the Responsibilities of Leadership
• Cringe-Free Prayer and Worship - Developing the Devotional Life of your Group
• Leading Life-Changing Bible Studies - Not Information but Transformation
• Caring for People in Small Groups - Pastoral Care starts here...
• Looking Outwards - Maintaining the Wider Perspective

Joining a course

Leading Dynamic Small Groups is designed for present and future leaders of small groups within the church. Each participant would usually already be an active member of a Growth Group and have the support of their Group Leader for their participation in the course.
