We have a number of different worship services, each of which has its own distinct character and style.9.15am Sunday Morning WorshipThe 9.15 a.m. service is more traditional in style, using a mixture of hymns and more contemplative modern choruses in worship. As with all of our Sunday services, preaching from the Bible plays a central part in our worship. The 9.15 service lasts an hour, after which there is always tea and coffee served. There is no 9.15 service on the first Sunday of the month.11.00am Sunday Morning Worship and Family ServicesThe 11.00 a.m. service follows a varied pattern of worship and teaching, with a full programme of youth and children’s work and crèche facilities running in parallel with the service. On the first Sunday of each month we share communion together, and welcome Christian believers from any denomination to participate with us. There is a Family Service each month, usually on the second Sunday, when we join together as God’s people of all ages to worship Him.6.30pm Sunday Evening ServicesThe 6.30 p.m. service is a lively and informal service of worship, teaching and testimony. The young people join us for worship for the first half an hour, after which they leave for a separate teaching track called SNR. We believe that God heals today and so the opportunity to pray with a member of our prayer ministry team is offered at the end of the evening service. On the third Sunday of each month we share communion together.ReflectionsReflections is a monthly quiet oasis in the middle of the week, with an opportunity to listen, be still, reflect, worship, pray and receive prayer. It is held on the second Wednesday of the month, from 12.00 to 12.30 p.m. and is followed by a light lunch. LighthouseLighthouse is an alternative form of church, running on Monday evenings. It is an informal group, meeting together with the current Alpha course at 7:30pm for a meal, and then moving upstairs to look at a number of the challenging topics around the Christian faith.
